This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Uber, Instagram, or Facebook.
2. Promotion Period
The Cardoza Cares: Safe Ride Giveaway begins upon official posting and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on March 12.
Winners will be selected and announced on March 13.
3. Eligibility
To enter, participants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Be a legal resident of Clark County, Nevada
- Follow the official @attorneyvictorcardoza social media page
- Like the official giveaway post
Employees of Victor Cardoza Injury Law and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry into the giveaway:

5. Prize
Ten (10) winners will each receive:
- One (1) $50 Uber digital gift card
Total prize value: $500
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries on or about March 13.
Winners will be notified via direct message from the official page. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Delivery
Uber gift cards will be delivered digitally via email.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree that Victor Cardoza Injury Law may use their name for promotional purposes related to this giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Victor Cardoza Injury Law is not responsible for:
- Technical failures
- Incomplete or inaccurate entry information
- Issues related to Uber gift card redemption
- Lost, late, or misdirected communications
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Victor Cardoza Injury Law from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
All decisions made by the Sponsor are final.
Valentine’s Day Giveaway – Official Rules
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by The Law Office of Victor Cardoza (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter:
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- Participants must be legal residents of Clark County, Nevada.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
- Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on [Start Date] and ends on February 10, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

- Follow the Sponsor’s social media account.
- Comment on the post with their favorite romantic restaurant in Las Vegas.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 Winner)
- $300 Gift Card to Top of the World Restaurant at The STRAT
Second Place Prizes (2 Winners)
- $50 Gift Card each to Freed’s Bakery
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
6. Restaurant Reservation Disclaimer
The Grand Prize gift card does not guarantee a reservation or seating at Top of the World Restaurant on Valentine’s Day or any specific date.
Valentine’s Day reservations are subject to availability and are typically limited. Winners are encouraged to use their gift card on another date for a more relaxed dining experience. The Sponsor is not responsible for reservation availability or scheduling.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- Winners will be announced on February 11, 2026.
- Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter.
- Winners must respond within [48/72] hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Prize Delivery

9. Taxes

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or prize substitutions are permitted except at the sponsor’s discretion.
